The Heights at Ashford Park is a 4 single-family detached home development located on a 1.4 acre tract in a residential area of Chamblee. Project challenges included state waters on site as well as a large change in elevation across the buildable area. Kaizen Collaborative’s civil team worked with the developer,Roma Ventures, to design a layout to maximize the site’s potential, providing grading and drainage solutions needed for ease of access to the homes.
