Beaufort, South Carolina has long been known for its natural beauty and low country hospitality.  Adding to the allure of this coastal gem is the Spanish Moss Trail: a rails-to-trail greenway project located in the heart of Northern Beaufort County. When complete, the 14-mile linear trail system will connect neighborhoods, parks, wonderful water and marsh views, pristine nature preserves, cultural features, historic sites, and businesses for recreation, transportation, and conservation purposes.
