Voysey is a 42 unit townhome development across Haynes Bridge Road from Alpharetta City Hall. The project was constructed by Hedgewood Homes, with Kaizen’s civil team leading the design of the development. The project includes construction of a boardwalk walkway, providing Voysey and other neighboring communities pedestrian access to the “Alpharetta City Center”. The pond central to Voysey is a stormwater detention facility, designed to control outfall flowrates from the site and the upstream basins. .
