Manchester Phase 1-3

Manchester Phases 1-3 consist of a total of 113 townhomes located near Piedmont Road/ I-85 in northeast Atlanta. The project site areas consisted of a number of parcels that were consolidated for the development’s construction. Civil design for the developments included several different challenges including earthwork balancing, utility and infrastructure installment and remediation, and the design of multiple underground detention facilities consisting of “chamber systems”.
